Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to my photo session?

I’d recommend wearing your team’s uniform or gear to represent your sport—jersey, shorts, cleats, etc. Feel free to bring any equipment or props that represent your personality outside of your sport, like a gaming controller, Halloween mask, or anything else you had in mind to make your photos unique. Comfort and confidence are key, so we can capture the best shots possible!

Can I request specific poses or ideas?

Yup! This shoot is all about showcasing you. If you’ve seen poses, moods, or themes you like, feel free to send inspiration ahead of time. I’ll also guide you during the session to make sure everything looks natural.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor shoot?

Weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor Media Day sessions. If it rains, we can reschedule to another day. Your session is important, and we'll find the best time to capture the action. For outdoor Game Day sessions - I’ll be there, rain or shine! You also have the option of rescheduling to another game. All up to you!

When will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive your digital gallery within 1–2 weeks after your session. I take time to carefully edit each image to make sure you’re getting the best quality possible.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. I’m open to traveling for sessions depending on location and availability. Travel fees will apply if the location is outside my usual service area.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. I’m flexible and happy to work with you to find a new time that fits.

What is the deposit policy?

A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking date. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date in case of weather issues or emergencies requiring rescheduling.
