Do you travel for photo sessions?

Yes. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my usual service area. Please contact me with your event location for a custom quote.

What is the PAYMENT policy?

A 50% retainer is required upfront to secure your booking date. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date in the event of weather issues or emergencies requiring rescheduling. The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours in advance. The 50% retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date when rescheduling is approved. I'm happy to work with you to find a new time whenever possible.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor shoot?

Weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor Media Day sessions. If rain is forecasted or weather conditions are poor, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date. Your session is important, and we'll find the best time to create great images while ensuring the safety of participants and protecting equipment.

For outdoor Game Day sessions, I'll typically be there rain or shine. However, if conditions become severe or unsafe, we can discuss rescheduling to another game. The decision will always be made with safety and image quality in mind.

Do I need to provide access to the event or cover any costs?

The entrance fee will be added to the total cost unless complimentary access is provided by the team. It is the client's responsibility to ensure I have access to the event, including any necessary passes, parking, tickets, or credentials.

When will I receive my photos?

Most galleries are delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session. Larger sessions and team photo days may take up to 3 weeks.

How Will I Receive my photos?

Photos are delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. High-resolution downloads and professional print options are available through the gallery.
